
Ecotrophelia Switzerland 2012 is the first national food innovation competition for students. The competition encourages the creation, implementation and development of new food products.
Any student team from an establishment of higher education in the scientific or commercial field that has developed a new & innovative food product can apply for Ecotrophelia Switzerland 2012. The awarding ceremony will take place at the Comptoir in Lausanne 17 September 2012. The winning team of the national competition will represent Switzerland in the Ecotrophelia Europe Competition which will take at SIAL in Paris in October 2012.
