
The conference will take place during ALIMENTARIA 2010 and is organized by FIAB (Spanish Federation of Food and Drinks) with the support of several Spanish Ministries (Science and Innovation, Agriculture), the Dutch Agency NL Innovation, EEN (ACC10), the Eureka Network and its umbrella Euroagri Foodchain. Participants to the conference have free access to Alimentaria.
The event will last three days. During the first day, March 22, the program “Innovation in times of crisis” includes several technical conferences, mainly focused on functional foods. In the evening you will have the chance to meet participants from several countries and discuss project ideas on a session dedicated to bilateral meetings. On March 23 in the morning session, the program “ Funding International projects, cases of success”, includes a series of conferences about the different international R&D programmes (FP7, Eureka, Eurostars, Iberoeka) and some European companies will present their experience in international R&D projects. In the afternoon of this day and on March 24 a brokerage event will take place.

BIO N'DAYS - Partnering Event on Preservation, Extraction & Separation of Natural Products, 22 April 2010, Valence (FR)
On 22 April 2010 an international Partnering Event in the field of preservation and extraction of organic and natural products is organised in Valence, France. The event with pre-arranged bilateral meeting is targeted to companies, engineers and researchers in order to find technology partnerships (license, manufacturing agreements etc.), partners to build European R&D projects and to get practical knowledge on new and high added value technologies. In parallel an international symposium dedicated to Bio Preservation, extraction separation for Natural Products with examples of applications for natural products will take place.
