Although more than a century old, the technology is still the centre of many innovative developments. The lectures come form industry and universities alike and the program does encompass an academic and practival session. The workshop is destined for both reasearchers and product developers in the life science industry. Also marketeres and innovation managers in search for new ideas will benefit from participation. September 2010, HES-SO Valais, Institut Life Technologies, Gebäude F, Route du Rawyl 64, 1950 Sitten Der Kurs vermittelt die Techniken zur Hygienekontrolle nach ISO-Normen. Es werden sowohl kulturelle Methoden als auch moderne Schnellmethoden (ATP-Messung) zur Prüfung von Räumen, Ausrüstung, Personal und Luft vorgestellt, ihre Einsatzmöglichkeiten im Betrieb besprochen und die Interpretation der Resultate mit den Teilnehmern diskutiert.
